I had winterization work performed on my boat in the fall of 2017. The work was initially left with oil smudges in several places inside and out of my boat. After bringing my concern to Bumps attention, the staff more than made it right, by cleaning the boat to a better condition than when it arrived.
If you're anything like me, you're iffy about going to auto shops because of their timely service and commitment to get the job done the right way the first time.

Once I discovered Bump's, I fell in love. "Finally," I thought. "An auto shop that gets work done on their own time regardless of what the customer was originally told!" I can't tell you how many times I've been put off by other auto shops giving me a quote and a time to pick up my car, and then proceeding to follow through on their promise. How boring is that? You won't have to worry about that at Bump's! He is the undisputed king of over-selling and under-delivering. I was so nervous when he told me that it would cost $200 to fix my car and that I could pick it up the next day. Luckily, my prayers were answered; 11 short days later I was picking up my car and the price had gone from $200 to $1000! Now I see how he got so far in the industry. Truly an amazing place!
Had starting issues this year and I found the old original rusty started still in the boat. $400 wasted. Do not go to this business, not trustworthy.
Awesome place. No nonsense. They get it done and get it done right. And quickly. Straight forward about everything. I've used them twice now for two somewhat major things - extremely happy and I would highly recommend.
